Ashley’s passion for fitness began in high school with team sports, a love that continued into her college years. After graduating, she embarked on a career as a full-time special education teacher, a role she has passionately filled for 15 years. Despite her demanding teaching schedule, Ashley stayed active in the fitness community, participating in various activities that eventually led her to coaching.

For the past ten years, Ashley has seamlessly balanced her teaching career with her commitment to fitness coaching. She has coached a wide range of group and personal fitness programs, working with both children and adults. Her unique background in special education has equipped her with exceptional skills in patience, empathy, and individualized attention, which she brings to her coaching practice.

Ashley’s dual roles as an educator and a coach reflect her dedication to helping others achieve their best, both in the classroom and in their fitness journeys. Her approach to coaching is deeply personal, focusing on creating supportive, inclusive, and motivating environments for her clients.
