By leveraging these detailed assessments, we can create a truly customized experience that evolves with you, maximizing the effectiveness of each workout and bringing you closer to your fitness aspirations.

Step 3: The Implementation

At OPEX Round Rock, we keep you on track with cutting-edge technology and personalized support. Your custom training program is delivered through weekly updates via the CoachRx app. This powerful tool provides you with:

  • Daily exercise/lifestyle plans

  • Demonstration videos

  • Detailed workout instructions

  • Your previous and current results

With these resources at your fingertips, you'll have everything needed to tackle each day's workout successfully.

As a valued on-site client, you'll enjoy full access to our premium facility. Here, you can complete your daily training and receive hands-on coaching support in a motivating environment.

Your coach is committed to your progress. They'll closely monitor your performance through a combination of in-person feedback and data from the CoachRx app. This dual approach allows for timely adjustments to your training program, ensuring it remains perfectly aligned with your evolving fitness journey.

Step 5: Results

Every 4 weeks, you'll have a dedicated sit-down with your coach. This isn't just a quick check-in - it's a comprehensive review. Together, you'll:

  3. Fine-tune your program for the upcoming month
